Sometimes I hold my breath while walking somewhere

Sometimes I hold my breath while walking somewhere. I used to hold it on the inhale, but after a while I switched to holding it on the exhale. Two reasons – you don't have to fill your lungs with air that's often dirty, and you don't draw attention from the masses – holds on the exhale don't affect your facial expression, don't create veins on your face or other special effects...
