Happy Victory Day!

77 years ago on this memorable date, the Soviet people, with the support of some other participating countries, managed to repel fascism and destroy it — but, as it turned out, temporarily. Back then, the war was not so much between individual countries as it was a war of ideologies. And what we can observe now is, in essence, a continuation of that long-ago conflict.

I won't try to convince anyone that one ideology is better or worse; right now I'd like to focus on other, more constructive questions, namely:

🇸🇮 "What can I do for Russia now, if I love her?"
🇸🇮 "How should I change to help my country become stronger and richer, if I plan to live in it?"
🇸🇮 "What is Russia's national idea, and does it exist?"
🇸🇮 "What is Russia's role in the global space, what is her mission, what is her philosophy?"

It's obvious that to stay in one's country and continue living there, one must resonate with it — with its culture, traditions, customs, ideas. But first, it's necessary to understand what exactly those ideas are and what it means to be Russian.

Personally, I have chosen to love Russia — this is my conscious decision, made in conditions of freedom. Perhaps someone is wired differently, and that's normal — no one is obliged to engage in self-torture and remain where it's repulsive and uncomfortable. All people have the right to happiness and to live in the environment to which they are predisposed.

For me, May 9th is a symbol of Peace, unity, solidarity, and love, when Russian people managed to unite and defend their right to remain a free and independent nation. Our ancestors showed us that it's always possible to put up a worthy resistance and emerge victorious — the main thing is never to give up, never to bend, and to move forward no matter what.

Until recently, Russia remained dependent, engaged in relationships with Western countries that were disadvantageous for herself, and I consider this abnormal — interaction with them can and should be done differently, on terms more favorable for us. I'm not for swapping places with the Western side — I'm for justice, where everyone lives in abundance.

And it would be great if Russia manages to shake off the shackles of dependence — in light of current conditions, that would be the long-awaited Victory itself, which, by the way, is already not far off. Fortunately, we have practically worked through our national karma of "we'll feel sorry for everyone and we're guilty before everyone" — and this is only the beginning.

I want and hope that our country will become self-sufficient and free in the near future, and I intend to do everything in my power to cleanse it of what makes it weak. The day will come when Russia becomes Paradise — abundant and rich, along with other non-parasitic countries, and we will all live in peace and harmony. A utopian dream, hardly achievable at all, but I think it's useful to at least sometimes look in that direction.

Happy Victory Day!
