In about an hour, my long-awaited fight will take place against a very strong and experienced boxer from WolfBoxingClub – Omar Dorantes.

I won't say I'm 100% ready, at least not physiologically, but I promised myself I'd give 200%. This is the fight I craved, and Omar is a most worthy opponent – technical and fast, and possibly the strongest fighter in the club at the moment.

Our fight is the culmination. You could say that with this, my journey through Mexico can be considered complete. It doesn't matter whether I get the upper hand over Omar or not; what matters is how I conduct this bout myself – whether I'll be satisfied with myself after it's over.

The winner gets a prize, and the loser has to provide that prize. The prize is Tacos at the best spot in Playa del Carmen.
