To hell with the gym, I thought, and decided to go to the A.D.A.M. mixfight club, whose door I kissed the night before. And I didn't regret it. The first hour of training – Muay Thai, the second – MMA.

I probably shouldn't have stayed for mixfight, my rib hasn't fully healed yet, and already during the warm-up in wrestling systems, as a rule, there are all sorts of rolls and falls, the body has to twist a lot and in all sorts of ways, which isn't great for recovery. Striking is a different matter – the movements aren't as wide-ranging, and I can already do that.

In the background – my Mexican comrades, to the right – the MMA coach, whose name I haven't remembered yet. )) But everything in its time, I'll learn it.

Same with the language. Today I'll be learning a new song – a Spanish cover of one of the songs I used to love playing on guitar – House of the Rising Sun. I liked the cover by the female vocalist the most (first track). For some reason it moved me.

I wonder how many new words I'll manage to learn today. Sometimes I can already say something and people even understand me. I'm definitely on the right path, I just need to keep going...
